US Rep. Steve Womack’s Wife, Terri Womack, Passes Away
Terri Lynn Williams Womack, 68, wife of U.S. Representative Steve Womack, passed away on January 19 at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville, Arkansas, following a brief illness. Born on November 2, 1957, in DeWitt, Arkansas, she was the daughter of H.D. and Deanie Williams. Terri graduated from DeWitt High School in 1976 and later attended the University of Arkansas. She and Steve Womack married on August 4, 1984.
Terri Womack’s Legacy
In a heartfelt statement, Rep. Womack expressed his deep sorrow, stating, “My wife of 41 years, Terri Womack, went to live in eternity with Jesus.” He emphasized the love and legacy that she leaves behind, noting the comfort found in her peace after suffering.
Terri Womack dedicated over 35 years to public service, primarily working in various legal capacities. Notably, she served as chief clerk to Judge Tom Keith of the Rogers Municipal Court and continued her service after he became a circuit judge. She also worked for Benton County Prosecutor David Clinger before returning to the circuit court under Judge Keith and Judge Robin Green. Terri retired from her public service role in 2019.

Surviving Family Members
Terri is survived by her husband, Steve Womack, and their three sons: William Owens (42), Bradley Womack (40), and Phillip Womack (38), all of Rogers. She leaves behind four grandchildren: Liam Owens (19), Kaden Womack (12), Luka Owens (7), and Mazzie Clementine (3 months). Additionally, she is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended Womack family members.
