Bills Seek Interview with Jaguars OC Grant Udinski
The Buffalo Bills are actively expanding their list of candidates for the head coaching position. One notable name that has emerged is Grant Udinski, the offensive coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars. According to NFL Media’s Tom Pelissero, the Bills have formally requested to interview him.
Bills’ Coaching Candidates: A Growing List
Grant Udinski is not the only candidate under consideration. Other potential coaches include:
- Lou Anarumo – Defensive Coordinator, Indianapolis Colts
- Joe Brady – Offensive Coordinator, Buffalo Bills
- Brian Daboll – Former Head Coach, New York Giants
- Anthony Lynn – Running Backs Coach/Run Game Coordinator, Washington Commanders
Udinski is also in the running for the head coaching position with the Cleveland Browns. He has a second interview scheduled with the team this week. As of now, the Browns are the only franchise he has engaged with during this hiring cycle.
Udinski’s Coaching Background
Before his time with the Jaguars, Grant Udinski spent three years as an assistant coach with the Minnesota Vikings. He joined the Jaguars in the 2025 season, working under head coach Liam Coen. His experience also includes a two-year stint as a coaching assistant with the Carolina Panthers.
With the Bills exploring their options, it remains to be seen whether Udinski will join the ranks of head coaching candidates in Buffalo.
