Minter, 42, was hired by the Ravens to succeed John Harbaugh, who held the position for 18 years. Minter had met with the Ravens on Wednesday and recognized he was likely to secure the role. Consequently, he and the Browns mutually decided to cancel his follow-up meeting for Thursday.
