Originally from Sonora, Mexico, Vindiola worked various jobs, including a two-decade career as a hairstylist, before pursuing her culinary dreams. Vindiola’s son, Jesus Arana, who serves as the general manager at La Frida, revealed that her reaction to the semifinalist news was emotional, describing her tears of joy.
