- 2021: Became head coach of the Atlanta Falcons, achieving a record of 21-30 over three seasons.
- January 2024: Fired from the Falcons; subsequently hired as offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
- Coached the Steelers to 16th and 15th rankings in points scored in his two seasons with the team.
