The ‘AXS Rewards’ program allows customers to earn AXS Coins for each bill they pay. These coins can be redeemed for AXS vouchers, which can help offset future bill payments. To celebrate the launch, users completing a single payment can claim a guaranteed-win mystery box containing vouchers worth up to SG$88.

As the largest bill aggregator in Singapore, AXS collaborates with over 800 billing organizations across various sectors, including government and telecommunications. This highlights AXS’s role as an essential daily tool for millions. An internal survey revealed that over half of participants indicated utilities and telecommunications dominate their regular bill payments. Additionally, 53% of respondents expressed a preference for cashback, while 41% preferred loyalty points.

Quah Chun Han, CEO of AXS Payments, stated, “Paying bills is an essential but uncelebrated part of daily life. Users desire more value from services they rely on.” He added that with one in three working adults using the AXS platform, it is essential to make these transactions more rewarding.

Last year, AXS expanded its ecosystem through a partnership with Motorist, a leading automotive technology platform. This collaboration enables users of the Motorist Super App to make seamless payments for road tax, traffic fines, and other services powered by AXS. This integration simplifies vehicle management for over 250,000 drivers, showcasing AXS’s commitment to enhancing convenience in digital payments.
