Ticketmaster Resells Canceled Ariana Grande Tickets to Fans
Many fans of Ariana Grande faced disappointment when tickets for her “Eternal Sunshine” tour sold out in mere minutes in September 2025. However, Ticketmaster has announced plans to resell some of those canceled tickets directly to dedicated fans.
Ticketmaster Announces Resale of Canceled Tickets
In October, Ticketmaster collaborated with Ariana Grande’s team to revoke tickets that were purchased in violation of their user policy. These tickets pertained to a “small portion” identified by Ticketmaster as problematic.
Fans who were affected received emails notifying them of the cancellation and informing them that they would have the opportunity to participate in a ticket reissue if more tickets became available.
Reissue Process for Fans
Beginning next month, Ticketmaster will implement a “request process” or lottery system for fans to access these tickets. The focus will be on ensuring that the reissued tickets go directly to loyal supporters of Ariana Grande. Those who had their tickets canceled through secondary markets will be given priority in this new allocation.

During a November interview, she hinted that this tour could be her “last hurrah,” suggesting it might be a considerable time before she tours again. Fans are eagerly anticipating what this tour will bring.
