Iran 10 Point Plan: What the Proposal Says as Tehran Claims Victory

Iran 10 Point Plan is at the center of a new burst of political and military claims after Iranian authorities said the United States was forced to accept Tehran’s proposal to end the war. The plan, presented as a 10-point framework, was described in statements tied to Iran’s top security body and framed as a turning point after 40 days of conflict. The announcement was paired with claims that the enemy had been pushed to submit to Iran’s terms.

The core demands in Iran 10 Point Plan

The proposal set out a series of conditions that Iran says should form the basis of negotiations. The list includes a US commitment, in principle, to guarantee non-aggression, Iran’s continued control of the Strait of Hormuz, and acceptance of Iran’s uranium enrichment right.

It also calls for termination of all UN Security Council resolutions, termination of all IAEA Board of Governors resolutions, payment of compensation for damages inflicted on Iran, withdrawal of US combat forces from the region, and cessation of the war on all fronts, including against the Islamic resistance in Lebanon. In the framing attached to the announcement, acceptance of these conditions would mean the United States had retreated from what Iran called desperate threats and bluffs.

Iran says Washington accepted the proposal

Iran’s Supreme National Security Council said the United States had accepted the 10-point proposal after what it described as a “historic and crushing defeat” of the United States and the Israeli regime. The statement said the enemy had suffered an undeniable defeat and now saw “no way forward but to submit to the will of the great nation of Iran and the honorable Axis of Resistance. ”

The council said the fighting had reached Day 40 of the US-Israeli war of aggression on Iran. It said the conflict began with the assassination of Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and top-ranking commanders on February 28. The same statement said Iran and its allies in Lebanon, Iraq, Yemen, and occupied Palestine inflicted blows that would remain in the historical memory of the world.

What the statement says about the battlefield

The security body claimed Iran and the Resistance had almost completely destroyed the American military machine in the region and damaged infrastructure and capabilities built over many years. It also said Resistance forces in the occupied territories dealt devastating blows to enemy forces, facilities, and assets.

The statement further said the United States understood as early as 10 days into the war that it could not win, and that the enemy began using various channels to seek contact and request a ceasefire. It described the opening assumption in Washington as a quick military victory that would quickly extinguish Iran’s missile and drone capabilities.

What comes next

The next stage will turn on whether the terms inside Iran 10 Point Plan are treated as a real negotiating base or as part of a broader wartime message. For now, Iran is presenting the proposal as both a political settlement and a public declaration of victory, while urging continued vigilance as the situation develops.
