Rams Debut New Uniforms, Replacing Bone-Color Jerseys
The Los Angeles Rams have officially retired their bone-colored jerseys. The team introduced new Royal Blue and white uniforms, complemented by updated logos, in a release on Thursday. This change is part of a broader initiative described as a “refined brand and uniform refresh.”
Details of the New Uniforms
Quarterback Matthew Stafford showcased the new white uniforms, which feature bold blue and gold accents. Alongside the Royal Blue and white options, the Rams are set to unveil two alternate uniforms later in the year. These will join the existing black “Midnite Mode” rivalry uniform, which was first introduced last season during a game against the Seattle Seahawks at SoFi Stadium.
Logo Enhancements
- The “LA” monogram has been simplified, removing its previous gradient coloring.
- The Rams’ head logo has been enhanced for a bolder appearance.
- The horn in the logo is redesigned to feature a sharper, more defined point.
Looking Forward
With reigning NFL MVP Matthew Stafford leading the team, the Rams are anticipated to be strong contenders for Super Bowl LXI, which will also take place at SoFi Stadium. The team is set to start voluntary offseason workouts on Monday in Woodland Hills.
In addition, the Rams hold the No. 13 pick in the upcoming NFL draft, scheduled to begin this Thursday in Pittsburgh. This draft is a critical opportunity for the team to bolster its roster as they embrace their new uniforms and branding.
