Elsa Pataky is back on home soil. The Spanish actress made a high-profile appearance in Madrid on Tuesday night for the premiere of her new SkyShowtime series El Homenaje, arriving at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in a look that stopped the room — and using the moment to drop a candid admission about her long-term plans.

Red Carpet Moment at the El Homenaje Premiere

Pataky stepped out in a figure-hugging silver mini dress intricately embellished with delicate beading and mirror-like detailing. The barely-there straps and sculpted silhouette put her famously toned physique front and center, her strong shoulders and defined legs drawing every lens in the room.

The dress was a Zuhair Murad design, and she shared the premiere with co-stars Ángela Molina, Miriam Giovanelli, and Juana Acosta. She kept accessories minimal. The dress handled the rest.

What She Said About Spain — and Hemsworth

The red carpet interview was where things got personal. Pataky said she was "delighted to be back in Spain" and described the El Homenaje cast as having become "like a family."

Asked whether a permanent return to Madrid was on the table, she was honest about the complications. She acknowledged that uprooting her children from Byron Bay would be difficult — they surf daily, spend their time outdoors, and live in nature in a way that a city like Madrid simply can't replicate. "I feel it would be like caging a bird," she said.

But she left the door open. Once the children are older, she and Chris Hemsworth plan to spend extended stretches in Spain. "My husband loves Spain," she said. "We'll definitely come and stay for seasons." His biggest draw, she added, is the food.

The Series and the Co-Star She Won't Forget

El Homenaje marks a meaningful homecoming for Pataky beyond the glamour. Filming the series allowed her to live in Spain for several months alongside her three children — India Rose, Tristan, and Sasha.

She spoke with particular warmth about working with Eusebio Poncela, who played her father in the fiction. "I carry a great memory of him because I feel like his daughter too," she said, noting that he always managed to make her laugh and pushed her as a performer. She called herself "fortunate" to have shared his final professional moments on screen.

The Fitness Regimen Behind the Look

The physique on display Tuesday didn't come without work. Pataky trains at least three times a week at the family's Byron Bay gym, mixing weights and cardio, and has adopted the Norwegian 4x4 method — four rounds of four-minute high-intensity intervals pushing close to maximum heart rate, a protocol linked to lower cardiovascular disease risk.

Her diet runs on intermittent fasting: dinner at 6:30 p.m. with her kids, breakfast around 9 a.m. High protein is the current focus, she says, because muscle loss accelerates with age. Miso soup for gut health rounds out the morning routine.

El Homenaje is currently streaming on SkyShowtime. Pataky also has The Mark listed as currently filming.
