Rosie O'Donnell said in May 2025 that she was still using Mounjaro for diabetes and had lost more weight while living in Ireland. She said the drug helped her get from an XXL or XL into a size large.
In an Instagram post, she wrote: "I can't believe this is me now #mounjaro." In a TikTok update, she added: "I've lost more weight. I am on Mounjaro for my diabetes, and one of the side effects is you lose weight."

O'Donnell said the drug prescribed by her doctor in 2022 has remained part of her treatment. She called tirzepatide a "lifesaver" and said, "I feel healthier. I'm sleeping better."
Her comments came as side-by-side photos showed loose facial skin around the jaw and neck, more wrinkles, and sunken cheeks, a look often described as "Mounjaro Face." O'Donnell's experience fits a wider public focus on GLP-1 drugs, which can produce weight loss as well as side effects such as constipation, nausea, and vomiting.
Size Large
She said the change in clothing size stood out most to her. "Now that I'm a size large, instead of an XL or a XXL, I find it completely shocking," she said in May 2025.
The update leaves the clearest recent picture of her treatment in place: she said she is still taking Mounjaro, still losing weight, and feeling better while living in Ireland.
