The Bear Lake Road Corridor reservation covers that corridor and the rest of the park, while the other option covers every part of the park except the corridor.
Bear Lake Road Corridor hours
The Bear Lake Road Corridor reservation applies from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. The other reservation option applies from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Visitors do not need a timed-entry reservation if they enter before or after those restricted hours, although entrance fees are still required without a timed-entry reservation.
Rocky Mountain National Park booking windows
Reservations for subsequent months open on the first of the month for any times not yet booked that month and the entire next month. More information about the timed-entry reservation system is available on Rocky Mountain National Park’s website. For visitors planning a trip during the busiest months, the practical step is to book early and match the reservation type to the part of the park and time of day they want.
