Doppstadt to Showcase SWS 6 and Core Vibro 400 at IFAT

Doppstadt will showcase the SWS 6 at IFAT from May 4 to 7, alongside the Core Vibro 400 coarse screening system at stand FM.709/1. The showcase puts the spiral shaft separator in front of visitors who want a machine built for challenging material flows and uneven sites.

Moritz Müller, Doppstadt’s Product Manager, said the SWS 6’s spiral design is self-cleaning and eliminates wrapping and clogging. He also said, "We have consistently tailored the SWS 6 to the real-world conditions found at recycling yards, landfills, or construction sites with uneven ground".

Doppstadt is introducing the SWS 6 as a self-sufficient functional machine that uses the company’s patented spiral shaft technology. The system is designed to deliver stable screening results even in complex waste streams, and it can be combined with shredders or other upstream and downstream equipment.

The machine’s tracked chassis is part of that package. Doppstadt says the track system makes the SWS 6 suitable for unpaved surfaces, and the unit can be moved quickly around the yard by remote control without an additional loader or towing vehicle.

The other part of the display is the Core Vibro 400 coarse screening system. Doppstadt will present both machines together with its Mobile Modular Processing Concept, which allows machines and individual components to be replaced as required.

That pairing gives visitors a direct look at how the SWS 6 uses the physical advantages of the spiral shaft to create a foundation for integrated air classification, letting light fractions be separated without an additional external machine for that step. For operators trying to simplify processing lines, the practical question at IFAT is whether one machine can do more of the work without adding another unit to move, maintain, or fit into the line.

Visitors to IFAT 2026 can compare the SWS 6 with the Core Vibro 400 at Doppstadt’s stand FM.709/1 from May 4 to 7. The exhibit centers on equipment that is built to handle difficult material while reducing separate steps in the yard.
