Pussycat Dolls Cancel 1 North America Date, Blue Dot Fever Meaning
The Pussycat Dolls said they are canceling all but one North America date on the PCD Forever Tour after taking what they called an honest look at the run, a move that leaves the blue dot fever meaning for ticket holders tied to a single U.S. appearance. The group said the lone date still on the calendar is a WeHo Pride show in the L.A. area on June 6.
In their message, the group told fans, “We want to share an important update with you.” They said, “After taking an honest look at the North American run, we’ve made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel all but one of the North America dates.”
WeHo Pride June 6
The remaining U.S. gig is the WeHo Pride appearance, and the group said it “could not think of a more meaningful place to celebrate with our fans.” They added that “The LGBTQ+ community has shown us so much love and support throughout our career, and we’re honored to be part of a weekend rooted in joy, pride, music, and chosen family.”
Nicole Scherzinger is taking part in the reunion alongside Kimberly Wyatt and Ashley Roberts. The lineup includes three out of six members, a detail some fans had already cited when deciding whether to buy tickets.
PCD Forever Tour Overseas
The cancellation does not stop the reunion entirely. The group said its U.K. and European dates are still moving forward as planned, with several shows already sold out. “Our U.K. and European dates are still moving forward as planned, and the response has been incredible, with several shows already sold out,” the group said.
They also said, “We are putting everything into making this show a true celebration of the music and the memories, for the fans who have been with us from the beginning and those discovering us for the first time.” The group added, “We’re working hard to create the kind of show we’ve always dreamed of bringing to you.”
North America Run
The North American cancellation follows the tour’s earlier reunion framing and comes after ex-member Jessica Sutta alleged in March that her MAGA political alliances were one of the reasons she was not asked to return. For ticket holders outside the June 6 WeHo Pride stop, the practical change is simple: the group has pulled the regional run and is now directing attention to the show in Los Angeles and the overseas dates.
The same announcement makes the split in the tour plain. North America loses all but one date, while the U.K. and European leg remains intact and already has sold-out shows, giving the reunion a narrower path forward but one that is still active.
