Seatgeek Lands Official Ticketing Role for Cincinnati Open, Charleston Open

SeatGeek has become the official ticketing partner for the Cincinnati Open and the Credit One Charleston Open under a new partnership with Beemok Sports & Entertainment. The deal also gives seatgeek full ticketing exclusivity for Credit One Stadium, bringing the tournaments and the venue onto one mobile-first system.

Bob Moran on a unified fan experience

Bob Moran, president of Beemok Sports & Entertainment, said the goal is to keep the experience consistent across the company’s events and venues. “Our goal is to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for fans across every event and venue we operate,” he said.

He added, “SeatGeek gives us the technology and flexibility to bring our portfolio together in a more seamless way while continuing to elevate the standard for live sports and entertainment.” That makes the ticketing move more than a switch in vendors; it ties together tennis, concerts and premium seating under one operating layer.

Cincinnati Open’s $260 million reset

The Cincinnati Open recently underwent a $260 million campus renovation, and it remains the longest-running US ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 tournament still played in its city of origin. It was also named WTA & ATP Masters 1000 Tournament of the Year, a useful marker for why a ticketing overhaul matters at this stage of the event’s growth.

SeatGeek said its platform lets fans discover events, compare seats using Deal Score, preview views before purchase and manage or transfer tickets in just a few taps. For venues, the same system can highlight premium seating and hospitality options, which is where the business side of live events now lives.

Credit One Stadium in Charleston

Credit One Charleston Open is the largest women’s-only tennis tournament in North America and has been named WTA 500 Tournament of the Year for four consecutive years. Last year, Credit One Stadium hosted nine days of world-class tennis and 22 concerts, showing how the venue already operates as more than a tennis site.

Russ D’Souza, co-founder and president of supply at SeatGeek, said, “Beemok Sports & Entertainment has built something special, two of the most celebrated events in tennis along with world-class concert and event venues, operating with a shared vision and an uncompromising standard for the fan experience. That’s exactly the kind of partner SeatGeek is built for,”

Artists including Pitbull, Jelly Roll and Zac Brown Band are on the slate for 2026 at Credit One Stadium, so the ticketing handoff reaches beyond the two tennis properties. For buyers, the practical change is simple: one system now sits behind access to both tournament tickets and the broader live-event calendar.
