Lead Spawns 400 Metres Northeast of the Lifepod in Silver Subnautica
In silver subnautica, Lead can be collected around the Lander Garage Cicada Wreck, exactly 400 metres northeast of the Lifepod. That gives players a nearby source for a material that later feeds into the Sonic Resonator and Sugar Of Saturn.
Lander Garage Cicada Wreck
The search area sits in shallow canyons near the Cicada Wreck, where Lead deposits form at the base and show a deep purple, cuboid texture. Players will also find both large deposits and small nodes there, so the route works before and after the Sonic Resonator is built.

Large Lead deposits can only be mined with a Sonic Resonator, while small nodes can be collected earlier. Lead is also combined with Salt to create Sugar Of Saturn, which makes it more than a single-use crafting material.
Beacon And Currents
A Habitat Builder tool can place a Beacon at the Lead deposits, and the Beacon can be built from 1x Copper and 1x Titanium. The PDA can toggle the signal on and off, which helps keep the site marked in a region where water currents can sweep players up and displace them dozens of metres.
The catch is the terrain itself. A fairly large Marrowbreach roams the area around the Lander Garage, and the article’s own map note says the Cicada Wreck zone is the only place in a 500-metre radius around the Lifepod where Lead can be found.
