Cruzeiro Trains at River Camp Before Boca Vs Cruzeiro
Cruzeiro made its final Argentina practice at River Plate’s River Camp in Ezeiza before boca vs cruzeiro at La Bombonera. The unusual choice sent the delegation from Puerto Madero to a ground normally reserved for River Plate, Boca Juniors’ classic rival, before Tuesday’s Libertadores match.

The team arrived in Buenos Aires on Sunday night and went to River Camp for training before facing Boca Juniors. Visiting sides in the city usually train at facilities in Buenos Aires or nearby areas, which made Cruzeiro’s stop in Ezeiza stand out.
That detour came after a busy stretch. Cruzeiro had played Goias on Tuesday and Palmeiras on Saturday before traveling to Argentina, and Otávio said the squad needed to recover, rest and prepare again for the next match.
Fagner And Cruzeiro’s Shape
Fagner set the tone for what Cruzeiro expects at La Bombonera. “Lo principal, en un partido de Libertadores, es entender lo que el juego pide desde el inicio. Boca Juniors played Cruzeiro at 21:30 at La Bombonera with Venezuelan referee Jesús Valenzuela. Boca needed a win to avoid depending on other results in Group D, after three consecutive defeats and six points in the table.
