Wisconsin Department Of Transportation Revokes 3 Beaver Dam Wholesale Licenses

The Wisconsin Department Of Transportation revoked the wholesale dealer licenses of three Beaver Dam vehicle businesses after they failed to maintain a required dealer bond. The action became final on May 17, after a 30-day appeal period ended.

The businesses were Point B Auto LLC, Aurum Lane Auto Group LLC, and Turbo Motors Vehicles LLC. All three were based at 1645 North Spring Street in Beaver Dam and held wholesale dealer licenses that allowed them to buy and sell vehicles to other dealers rather than directly to the public.

April 17 Review

A hearing examiner affirmed the revocations on April 17. DMV officials said the dealers violated state law by failing to follow administrative requirements tied to dealer bonding, and the state later made the revocations final after the appeal window closed.

The same action also reached dealers in Arlington, Elkhorn and Milwaukee, but the Beaver Dam cases drew the clearest result: three businesses at one address lost the licenses that governed their wholesale vehicle sales.
