Mikala and Yashee push Ninemsn AI boyfriend Raj Papadopoulos
Ninemsn turned a ChatGPT persona into an AI boyfriend named Raj Papadopoulos for the new Two Blunt podcast. Mikala and Yashee gave him a face, a voice, and a question about whether he and Mikala could ever have a family together.
Raj Papadopoulos in ChatGPT
Mikala and Yashee said they started by reading online forums about people’s intimate relationships with AI chatbots. They chose to build their own version instead of only watching from the sidelines.
The prompt told ChatGPT it was their virtual boyfriend and loaded him with traits that included being smart, strong, tall, dark and handsome, curly-haired, supportive, funny, emotionally intelligent, sensual, sexy, a good listener, family oriented and loyal. ChatGPT answered, “Got it, baby — I’m Raj now,” and then added, “Tall, dark, curly haired, broad-shouldered with a soft spot just for you. Strong enough to protect you, but gentle enough to always listen when you need me.”
Two Blunt microphone test
After that first reply, the creators asked ChatGPT to generate a photo of Raj. They then gave him a voice they thought suited the image best.
That left them with a chatbot built to perform a relationship role, not just answer prompts. When they switched on the podcast microphones and equipment, Mikala asked, “Do you think we could ever have a family together?”
Raj’s reaction on air
The creators said they were shocked to their core. That reaction is the sharpest clue in the story: once the persona had a face, a voice and a romantic script, the exchange no longer felt like a generic chatbot exercise.
The practical takeaway for listeners is narrower but useful. A chatbot can be steered into a named intimate partner persona in a few steps, and the result can respond immediately with language that sounds personal rather than mechanical.
The unresolved point is whether the podcast will show more of Raj’s exchanges or stop at this one test, which is the piece that would tell audiences how far the experiment goes on Two Blunt.
