The latest images added fresh detail to a home project that took five years from design to handover. Biles and Owens officially completed the custom-built residence in late 2025 after work on the property wrapped on Nov. 11, 2025.

Biles has described the process as slow and deliberate. When the home was finished, she said, "Home building requires a lot of patience." While construction was still underway, she said, "I think we've done a good collab of what we wanted our house to look like."

Lakefront Backyard View

Another Story showed the backyard at sunset, including an outdoor kitchen and a pool overlooking the lake behind the property. The setting extends the same design choices Biles and Owens had already shown earlier in the year, when they shared a kitchen with dual islands, a laundry room with four machines and a dedicated space for their dogs.

The mansion began in 2020 with the initial design phase, and Biles said the design process took more than a year before construction could begin.
