Jessie Walks From Farmer Jason on The Farmer Wants A Wife
Jessie walked away from Jason on the farmer wants a wife journey, telling him the farm setup was not right for her. The exit left one of his women out of the competition and sent the episode back toward the pressure of country life, not romance.
Jessie Tells Jason
Jessie said, "Under different circumstances, I would have loved to have gotten to know you." She added, "It's just not the right environment for me. I feel terrible that I've wasted your time."
Jason said the moment hit one of his biggest fears throughout the process: that the women simply would not want a life on the farm. He had been weighing that possibility while trying to keep the group moving forward.
Kingaroy Date For Jessica
Jason then took Jessica on a solo date to nearby Kingaroy for a cocktail-making session. Before they went, he said, "I think it's gonna be a good date." He also said, "She seems like a fun, bubbly person and I find that really attractive."
Jessica pushed back on the practicality of the setup, saying, "This is what I don't understand." She added, "Where I live now, I can walk to a bar, have a few cocktails and walk home. Your problem is, living here in woop woop, you'll never be able to just walk to a pub and walk home."
Jason At Dinner
Jason later told the cameras, "I'll have to see how princessy she gets." The episode ended with Jason and the remaining women returning to the farm for dinner, with four women still in the mix and the question of who can live that life now hanging over the group.
