Aston Martin Aramco will make its goodwood festival of speed debut this summer, sending the AMR25 up the Hillclimb on Saturday and Sunday. The car will get two runs each day at the four-day event in the South Downs in Sussex.
Hawkins on Saturday
Jessica Hawkins will drive the AMR25 on Saturday. The Driver Ambassador and Head of F1 ACADEMY said, "I am very excited to be back in an Aston Martin Aramco Formula One car" and added, "To be able to share this moment with fans is incredibly special to me, and showing passionate, young girls what women can do in Formula One means a lot."
Hawkins also said, "Goodwood is such a unique celebration of motorsport history and innovation, and it's an honour to be part of it with the team." That puts a current Aston Martin Aramco driver ambassador in front of the crowd first, with the team using the Hillclimb to put a modern Formula One car in a public setting rather than a closed test environment.
Crawford on Sunday
Jak Crawford will take over on Sunday. The third driver said, "Goodwood is a great event for all motorsport fans and I'm very happy that I'll be able to drive there this year" and, "I'm really looking forward to getting out on the Hillclimb and experiencing it for myself, while showcasing a modern Formula One car with the fans."
The AMR25 first hit the racetrack during pre-season testing in Bahrain during the 2025 Formula One season and went on to cover 10,880 kilometres. Aston Martin Aramco later used it as both a race chassis and the team's spare, which gives this Goodwood run a different feel: a working F1 machine moving from race-program duty into a live fan event.
Ballroom Paddock Weekend
Aston Martin Aramco will also have a dedicated garage in the Ballroom Paddock and a presence in the Formula One Pitlane and the Fan Zone during the weekend. The Fan Zone will include racing simulators in the Esports area and Aston Martin Aramco merchandise, while Adrian Newey is expected to make an appearance and drive up the Hill in a car from his personal collection.
Jessica Hawkins is also set to take part in Honda's Festival of Speed programme, giving the weekend a second appearance for her beyond the AMR25 run. For visitors holding four-day passes, the draw is broader than a single hillclimb run: the team is spreading across the site, and the most visible action still comes on Saturday and Sunday when the car climbs Goodwood Hill.
