Oasis 2027 tour dates are moving toward a 12-night residency at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester in summer 2027, with Liam Gallagher back at the centre of the band’s reported homecoming. The plan is tied to a new tour expected within weeks, turning one venue into the main commercial focus of the rollout.
The most concrete figure is 12 nights across May and June, a scale that would sit well beyond a standard arena run and concentrate demand on Manchester’s ticket market. A music industry insider told the MEN: “It will be 12 nights at the Etihad Stadium across May and June. It's just massive for Manchester and for the local economy.”
May and June at the Etihad
The run would arrive after Oasis Live '25, which began in Cardiff in 2025, and it would follow live music’s return to the Etihad Stadium in summer 2025 after a three-year absence. The venue already hosted The Weeknd and then Take That, so the 2027 booking would extend a pattern of large-scale summer shows rather than create a new one from scratch.
Manchester City’s 26/27 fixture list leaves the last home game at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday May 23 against Aston Villa, before the Premier League season ends on Sunday May 30 with City away to Sunderland. That timing leaves a practical window for a summer concert block, and the reported residency sits neatly inside it.
Up to 20 dates
The same insider said there is “talk of up to 20” dates, and that the wider tour is also going to include a return to Knebworth. That pushes the story beyond a single Manchester run and into a larger routing decision, where every added night changes how tickets, travel and hotel capacity get absorbed.
Heaton Park is not being considered for the new Oasis tour, so Manchester’s live-music focus appears to be shifting back to the Etihad Stadium rather than another open-air site. A luxury city centre hotel has reportedly been entirely booked out from the end of May through June for the arrival of the band and their touring entourage, which points to a staging plan already moving through the city’s commercial supply chain.
July 10 and 11
Parklife has moved its 2027 dates to July 10 and 11, which is fuelling fan speculation that June is being left clear for Oasis. Betway is also offering 2/1 on Oasis headlining Glastonbury in 2027 as part of an anticipated world tour, but the sharper business story is still the same: if the 12 Etihad nights land, Manchester gets the biggest slice of a touring cycle that could stretch far beyond the city.
The next move is the announcement the MEN says could come later this summer. If the 12-night Etihad Stadium plan holds, the question is no longer whether Oasis can fill Manchester — it is how many more dates the tour can absorb after that first block is taken off the market.
