Vaibhav Sooryavanshi made his India debut in the second Twenty20 international against England at Emirates Old Trafford, doing it at 15 years and 99 days old. He became the youngest man to play for India in England, and his first outing brought 14 off 10 balls.
He opened with a first-ball six over his shoulder from Jofra Archer, then added another six over cow corner off Josh Tongue before Will Jacks had him stumped. The record came against the benchmark set by Sachin Tendulkar, who had played a Test against Pakistan in 1989 at 16 years and 205 days.

India reached 190-7 in 20 overs, with Ishan Kishan making 49 off 40 balls, Abhishek Sharma 43 off 24 and Shreyas Iyer 37 off 22.
