ExposeIQ said on July 8, 2026 that its JuryFit platform can test arguments and witness presentations against a Virtual Mirror Jury after a jury is seated, giving an auto accident attorney a structured way to review trial strategy late in the process. Joseph Terp said attorneys often have limited ability to test or refine their approach once selection ends.

Joseph Terp and JuryFit

Terp, ExposeIQ’s co-founder and CEO, said, "After the jury is seated, attorneys often have limited ability to test or refine their approach in a structured way." He added that "ExposeIQ JuryFit provides a method for evaluating how different arguments and presentations are likely to be received by the specific personalities on the panel, while maintaining human oversight throughout the process."

The company said JuryFit evaluates case theories against juror dimensions that include demographic factors, life experiences, attitudes and beliefs, political and social values, personality and cognitive traits, and implicit and explicit biases. It said the platform also generates targeted Voir Dire questions before jury selection, then routes those questions through human verification before use.

Virtual Mirror Jury

ExposeIQ said the Virtual Mirror Jury is built to reflect the personality profiles and group dynamics of the actual seated jurors. The company said that setup lets trial teams test key arguments, thematic emphasis, and witness presentations once the jury has been empaneled.

That structure gives attorneys a second look at how a seated panel may receive a case, rather than relying only on memory and instinct from earlier stages. ExposeIQ said its solutions are designed to support more informed decision-making throughout the litigation process.

Human verification

The company said every assessment is subject to human verification by licensed professionals. That same review step applies to the Voir Dire questions the platform produces, which means the system is presented as technology-assisted rather than fully automated.

The practical use case is narrow but important: the period after jury selection, when a trial team has to settle on arguments and presentations without a second chance to reshuffle the panel. ExposeIQ framed the tool as a way to bring greater structure and clarity to that stage, while leaving licensed professionals in the review chain.
