Garmin Cirqa and Health Status
The Romanian support page suggested the Garmin Cirqa would use Health Status, which collates heart rate, heart rate variability, SpO2, breathing rate and skin temperature stats. For a buyer, that means the device is aimed at passive tracking rather than a display-led wrist computer.
The feature set also makes the Cirqa look similar to Garmin Index Sleep, which Garmin introduced in June 2025 as a sleep monitor wearable.
