Mumford & Sons Unveil New Album ‘Prizefighter’ with Abrams, Hozier, Stapleton
Mumford & Sons has officially announced the release of their new album titled ‘Prizefighter’, marking their sixth studio work. This highly anticipated LP will be available from Island Records on February 13, 2026.
Collaborations and Production
‘Prizefighter’ features an impressive lineup of guest artists including Gracie Abrams, Hozier, and Chris Stapleton. The album was produced by Aaron Dessner of The National, recorded at Long Pond Studios in New York.
First Single Release
The band recently unveiled a new single titled ‘Rubber Band Man’, which features Hozier. This release follows their first album in seven years, ‘RUSHMERE’, and provides a glimpse into the sound of the upcoming record.

Tour Plans and Collaborations
Mumford & Sons is also preparing for the 2025 ‘Railroad Revival Tour’ in the U.S. This tour revisits their 2011 railway-themed trek and will feature artists like Noah Kahan and Maggie Rogers. The journey will kick off in New Orleans and conclude in Vermont.
Frontman Marcus Mumford expressed excitement about the new album and their evolving creativity. He noted that the band is striving for a balance of seriousness and playfulness in their music. Mumford described ‘Prizefighter’ as a representation of the band fully embracing their artistic identities.
Looking Ahead
