Men’s Race: Photo Finish Highlights

Kenyan runner Benson Kipruto triumphed in a gripping photo finish against compatriot Alexander Mutiso. The two men raced neck-and-neck, with Kipruto finishing just 0.02 seconds ahead. His official time was 2:08:09.

Women’s Race: Record-Breaking Performance

The women’s competition featured Hellen Obiri, who astonishingly broke the course record. She completed the race in 2:19:51, surpassing Margaret Okayo’s record set in 2003.
