Battlefield 6 Overhauls Challenges, Reduces Requirement Levels Significantly Now Available

BF Studios has rolled out a significant update for Battlefield 6, focusing on Challenges and Assignments. This overhaul, which went live on November 5, aims to reduce the complexity and time needed for players to complete these tasks.

Key Changes to Battlefield 6 Challenges

With the new update, BF Studios has made over 90 adjustments to the Challenges and Assignments system. The revisions aim to reward consistent play while ensuring that the goals are more achievable.

Reduced Challenge Requirements

  • Assault Challenges: Reduced from 50 Deploys to 5.
  • Support Challenges: Revives decreased from 200 to 60.
  • Weapon Assignments: Damage requirement for Assault Rifles simplified from 10,000 to 3,000.

Standardized Mode-Specific Assignments

In a bid to streamline gameplay, mode-specific assignments have also been adjusted. Notable changes include:

  • Conquest Wins: Reduced requirement from 5 wins to 2.
  • Objective Kills: Decreased from 30 to 10 kills per round.

Gameplay and Mastery Adjustments

BF Studios has also modified the criteria for “Expert” and “Master” assignments. Now, multi-kills and kill streaks are aligned with average performance rather than rare outlier achievements. For instance:

  • Explosives Expert: Multi-kills reduced from 20 to 5.
  • Adaptable: Repair requirement lowered from 3,000 to 500 damage.

Looking Ahead

BF Studios has indicated that further updates will continue to enhance the Challenges and Assignments system in Battlefield 6. The developers are responding to community feedback regarding the pace of in-game progression, which has been a significant topic among players. Additionally, players can look forward to new content and potential Easter eggs as the game evolves.
