Authorities in Charleston, South Carolina, are actively searching for a missing College of Charleston student. Owen Tillman Kenney, 19, was last spotted on Halloween in the early hours around King Street and Burns Lanes.

Details of the Disappearance

Witnesses reported seeing Kenney at approximately 2 a.m. on Friday. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, light-colored pants, and black Nike sneakers with white soles. Contrary to earlier claims, Kenney was not wearing a Boston Celtics jersey.

Last Known Location

Detectives confirmed that Kenney’s last recorded phone location was on the Ravenel Bridge. He was seen walking alone onto the bridge’s pedestrian walkway shortly after 3 a.m. His physical description includes:
