Lorenzo Barber – Orchard Lake St. Mary’s
Lorenzo Barber played a pivotal role in leading his team to a 35-14 victory over Brother Rice during the District 2 divisional championship match on November 7. As a junior receiver, he recorded 91 receiving yards on five receptions, with two receptions resulting in touchdowns. Barber also contributed with one rushing touchdown, finishing the game with 34 rushing yards on six carries.
Kayd Coffman – East Kentwood
Kayd Coffman shined during East Kentwood’s 49-41 win against Howell in the Division 1 district title game on November 8. The Michigan State commit completed 16 of 22 passes, achieving an impressive 372 passing yards and five touchdowns. Additionally, Coffman showcased his versatility with nine rushing attempts for 96 yards.
C.J. Salder – Cass Tech
C.J. Salder had an outstanding performance in Cass Tech’s 48-8 victory over Dearborn Fordson on November 7. As a top senior in Michigan, he caught all three passes thrown his way, totaling 157 receiving yards and scoring three touchdowns. Salder also made a remarkable 68-yard punt return during the game.
