Feld opened at 2018 W. Chicago Ave. 16 months ago and has quickly made a name for itself. The restaurant features a theater-in-the-round dining experience, where guests enjoy a series of courses served from the center of the room. Sustainability and Local Sourcing

One of Feld’s distinguishing features is its commitment to sustainability. The restaurant sources most of its ingredients from local farms within a four-hour radius, underlining its dedication to supporting local agriculture. This commitment also earned Feld a Michelin Green Star, acknowledging its eco-friendly practices. Potashnick expressed pride in this recognition, stating they aim to continuously improve their craft.
