YouTube TV restores TUDN: what’s back, where to find it, and how to watch soccer again
YouTube TV has ended its carriage standoff with TelevisaUnivision, restoring Spanish-language networks to the live-TV lineup just in time for the holiday sports rush. That means TUDN is back on YouTube TV, along with Univision, UniMás, and Galavisión. The return follows roughly two months of blackout that began at the end of September. As of Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, the channels are available again for subscribers.
Is TUDN included with my YouTube TV plan?
Yes. Under the new multi-year deal, TUDN is available in the Base Plan and in the Spanish Plan. If you previously subscribed to the Spanish Plan add-on during the outage, you should still see TUDN in your Live guide once the channel list refreshes. The company says these networks will remain in those plans going forward.

How to find TUDN on YouTube TV
YouTube TV doesn’t use channel numbers, so discovery relies on search and the Live guide:
-
Search “TUDN” in the top bar of the app or web interface; add it to Favorites to pin it near the top of your guide.
-
On mobile, open Live → Sort → Custom and drag TUDN higher in your list.
-
Use Spanish language filters in the Live tab to view all restored Spanish networks together.
If TUDN still doesn’t appear, try force-closing and reopening the app, toggling Settings → Live guide → Reset, or signing out and back in to refresh your channel entitlements.
What sports are back on TUDN?
With carriage restored, YouTube TV subscribers regain access to TUDN’s Spanish-language coverage and shoulder programming, including:
-
Liga MX matches and studio shows
-
Mexican national team friendlies and coverage windows
-
CONCACAF competitions carried by the network
-
UEFA (Spanish rights) programming on TUDN networks during the current cycle
Availability can vary by season and rights window; check the guide for live listings and replays.
Cloud DVR and viewing tips
-
Unlimited DVR: Add upcoming matches from the TUDN channel page; recordings keep for at least nine months.
-
Team & league collections: Search a club or competition, then “+ Add to library” to auto-record new broadcasts across TUDN and sister channels.
-
Audio tracks & captions: Many events offer Spanish audio by default; toggle captions in player settings.
-
Traveling? Enable Library → Downloads to save recordings offline on mobile before you hit the road.
If you switched providers during the blackout
Some fans moved to other services to keep Spanish soccer. Now that TUDN has returned:
-
Pause or resume: You can pause competing services while you test YouTube TV’s restored lineup.
-
Compare add-ons: If you mainly watch TUDN plus one or two Spanish networks, the Base Plan may now cover you without extra packages.
-
Household profiles: Create a dedicated Spanish-language profile with a customized Live guide for easier access to TUDN and Univision networks.
What changed in the dispute—and what it means next
The fight centered on whether Spanish-language networks would be pushed into a pricier tier. The new agreement keeps TUDN and its sister channels in the mainstream YouTube TV packages, preserving easy access for bilingual households and soccer fans. It also deepens ties around Primetime Channels, making it simpler to bolt on streaming options like ViX alongside your live-TV plan.
TUDN is back on YouTube TV today and included in both the Base Plan and Spanish Plan. Search for “TUDN,” favorite the channel, and rebuild your team/league DVR rules so you don’t miss the next Liga MX fixture or international window.
