Stetson Wright’s Dominance in Las Vegas

Wright excelled in both saddle bronc riding and bull riding during the first round. He entered the 2025 NFR leading both the all-around and bull riding competitions, having previously missed the 2024 season due to an injury. On opening night, Wright rode “403 Renegade” to a remarkable 90-point score in saddle bronc riding. He followed this up with an impressive 89.5 points on Powder River Rodeo’s “Big Shasta” in bull riding.

  • Shad Mayfield impressed in tie-down roping with a 6.8-second run, edging closer to the championship standings.
