With the arrival of the sun around 9:30 AM, employees of the large retail giant welcomed customers on the first day of a new Costco store opening. This location allows both business members and Executive members to explore the aisles. A large banner on the building invites all cardholders to shop.

This new warehouse, designed primarily for restaurants, caterers, hotels, and offices, features over 3,000 unique items, with around 70% exclusive to this store. Curiosity drives many local residents to visit the 146,000 square-foot facility, even while trucks for restaurants like La Piazzetta are present in the parking lot.
Customer Experiences
Sébastien Gagnon, a regular Costco shopper, mentioned he was shopping for five adults. He expressed satisfaction with the bulk options available, including his purchase of 12 cucumbers. “I consume six per week,” he noted, pondering whether he would return to another location.
As excitement filled the air, Gagnon remarked, “I don’t know if it’s just the opening, but there are many specials. I was even tempted by a meat slicer.”

For individuals, it depends on the products, but there are indeed great discounts,” she commented. She highlighted purchasing three cases of sparkling water for the price of one.
Lacasse is planning to visit both Costco locations in Quebec to fulfill her needs. “This store doesn’t carry clothing, but the wholesale options for beverages, meats, and cheeses are worth it,” she concluded.

The warehouse features its own fleet of six trucks, offering next-day delivery to commercial addresses. Operating hours are from Monday to Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM. This Costco warehouse marks the third location dedicated to business in the province, following a 2020 opening in Saint-Hubert and another in Anjou in 2022.
