Chargers Activate Hampton, Haskins, and Ogbonnia for Upcoming Game
The Los Angeles Chargers have announced the activation of key players ahead of their upcoming game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Running back Omarion Hampton, previously sidelined due to an ankle injury, is set to return to action. He had not played since Week 5 but made a significant impact before his injury, accumulating 66 carries for 314 yards and two touchdowns.
Player Activations and Injuries
In addition to Hampton, the Chargers have also activated running back Hassan Haskins and defensive lineman Otito Ogbonnia from injured reserve. Haskins suffered a hamstring injury in Week 7, while Ogbonnia’s elbow injury occurred in the same game.
Roster Movements
To accommodate the returning players, the Chargers made several roster moves:
- Tight end Tucker Fisk was placed on injured reserve.
- Defensive lineman Naquan Jones was waived.
