Fans can purchase tickets online or on match day for the upcoming match. It is advisable to buy tickets online in advance to ensure a smoother entry.

Entry Details
Entry is exclusively via ticket, and a new electronic ticketing system will be implemented. Fans are encouraged to pre-purchase their tickets through Queen of the South Football Club’s website, ticketco.events.
Turnstile Information
The turnstiles designated for away supporters will be in the BDS Digital (East) Stand, sections 4-5. Turnstiles 1 and 2 will be operational, and they will open at 18:30 hours. Access to the ground should be from Terregles Street.
Parking and Transportation
- Car parking is available in the Arena car park.
- Supporter buses should drop fans off on Terregles Street and park on College Mains Road, opposite Currys PC World.
There are no ongoing roadworks in the area that could delay travel to the stadium. Fans should check the Traffic Scotland website for any updates.
Accessibility Information
Wheelchair access for away supporters is available at Gate H on the south side of the BDS Digital Stand. Disabled parking is located on the north side or in the Arena car park. The cost for one personal assistant is included in the concession ticket price.

Queen of the South has a thorough search policy for all spectators. Visitors are advised that bags will be searched and that entry may be denied for those found under the influence of alcohol. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited within the stadium.
