Troubadour Festival Unveils 2026 Lineup at New Venue
The Troubadour Festival is set to return to Bryan, Texas, with an exciting lineup and a new venue. Scheduled for March 27 to March 29, 2026, this popular festival will showcase top-tier Texas country music and award-winning barbecue.
Troubadour Festival Details
This year’s festival will mark a significant shift from its former location at Aggie Park. It promises to be a memorable event, featuring renowned headliners Robert Earl Keen and Flatland Cavalry. The main performances will occur at Midtown Park, the festival’s primary venue.
Festival Schedule
- Friday, March 27: A free pre-party at The Palace Theater, featuring American Aquarium and Shelby Stone.
- Saturday, March 28: Main performances by Robert Earl Keen and Flatland Cavalry, alongside other artists like:
- Waylon Wyatt
- Jason Boland & The Stragglers
- Tyce Delk
- Taylor Hunnicutt
- The Kruse Brothers
- Julianna Rankin
- Sunday, March 29: Concludes with an exclusive BBQ Brunch at The Palace Theater, featuring an acoustic set by Jason Boland.

The festival will also include a variety of food options, featuring 30 award-winning barbecue restaurants from across Texas. Many of these eateries are recognized in Texas Monthly’s Top 50 BBQ Joints, with a few receiving accolades from the Michelin Guide and James Beard Awards. The restaurants will be divided into five themed showcases:

Supporting a Good Cause
A portion of the proceeds from the festival will benefit Hogs for the Cause, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families with children undergoing brain cancer treatment. This initiative has successfully distributed over $15 million to families and hospital programs in need.
