The Buffalo Bills have announced their inactive players for the scheduled Week 18 game against the New York Jets.

- Poyer
All three were ruled out due to injuries. In addition, with the Bills already securing a wild card spot in the playoffs, several players are listed as healthy inactives:
- Dawkins
- Cooks
- Rousseau
- Bosa
Key Player Update
Quarterback Josh Allen was removed from the injury report on Friday. Bills head coach Sean McDermott confirmed that Allen is “good to go” for today’s game, having dealt with a right foot issue.
Practice Squad Elevations
In preparation for the game, the Bills have elevated two players from their practice squad:
- LB Keonta Jenkins
- DE Matthew Judon
