Kobe Bufkin was the 15th overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft. He began his professional career with the Atlanta Hawks, where he struggled with injuries for two seasons. Bufkin made only 27 appearances for the Hawks, dealing with a fractured left thumb, a sprained toe, and season-ending shoulder surgery in December 2024.
After his time in Atlanta, Bufkin was traded to the Brooklyn Nets this offseason. However, he was waived by the Nets before the 2025/26 season commenced.
