Spanberger Inaugurated as Virginia’s First Female Governor in Historic Ceremony
On Saturday, Abigail Spanberger will take her oath as Virginia’s first female governor. This historic ceremony will occur at noon on the South Portico of the Virginia State Capitol in Richmond.
