To promote acts of kindness, El-Balad has teamed up with T-Mobile on a national initiative called Good Deeds, Great Communities. This program encourages residents to share inspiring stories of goodwill within their neighborhoods.
How to Participate
- Submit stories of kindness you witnessed, experienced, or performed.
- Ensure to have permission if sharing someone else’s act.
- Provide your state and ZIP code for leaderboard tracking.
Participants can highlight multiple acts of kindness, showcasing the diverse ways Worcester residents uplift each other.
Community Engagement and Support
At the conclusion of the submission period, El-Balad will select one community to receive a $500 donation to a local nonprofit organization. This donation aims to further support the spirit of kindness.
The submission process also features a real-time leaderboard. This interactive element allows participants to see community engagement and encourages others to take part.
