This new initiative aims to transform vacant land into a multi-let space, featuring 101,365 square feet of modern workshop and trade units spread across 69 individual units in 11 distinct blocks.

The development is designed with versatility in mind, offering a balanced mix of unit sizes to cater to various business needs:
