Northern Trust Company has unveiled plans for a substantial commercial development at Southgate Trade Park in Morecambe. This new initiative aims to transform vacant land into a multi-let space, featuring 101,365 square feet of modern workshop and trade units spread across 69 individual units in 11 distinct blocks.
Details of the Proposed Development
The development is designed with versatility in mind, offering a balanced mix of unit sizes to cater to various business needs:
- Starter Units: Ranging from 538 to 818 square feet, these are perfect for new and early-stage enterprises.
- Medium-Sized Units: Between 1,087 and 1,658 square feet, suitable for growing businesses looking for scalable space.
- Larger Units: Sized from 2,196 to 3,315 square feet, they are intended for more established companies.
