Investigation Launched into Assault on Man in Luong Quy

On March 1, 2026, a disturbing incident occurred in the Luong Quy area involving a brutal assault on a man named L.X.T. The event took place around 2:30 PM when L.X.T was driving his truck, registered under the number 30L-395.58.

Details of the Incident

As L.X.T approached the scene, he encountered a Mazda CX-5, with the license plate 15K-019.46, parked in the middle of the road. A notice reading “Bê tông Đ.M…” was affixed to the vehicle. In an attempt to keep traffic flowing, L.X.T pulled his truck to the right to give way.

Assault and Medical Response

At that moment, the driver of the Mazda lowered his window and spat at L.X.T. Subsequently, three unidentified males attacked him, resulting in injuries to his nose. Following this violent encounter, L.X.T sought medical treatment at the Viet Tiep Friendship Hospital.

Law Enforcement Investigation

Upon learning of the attack, Colonel Bùi Trung Thành, the Deputy Director and Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, instructed the police to investigate the matter promptly. The An Duong Ward police collaborated with the Criminal Investigation Department to identify and summon four suspects involved in the assault.

The investigation by the Hải Phòng police is ongoing. Authorities are gathering evidence and preparing for legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
