Dayton Children’s Hospital has received a remarkable $40 million donation from philanthropist Tom Golisano. This contribution is set to rename the main campus as the Dayton Children’s “Golisano Comprehensive Care Campus.” The announcement was made on April 20 at the hospital’s main facility in Dayton.

Additional contributions will support Akron Children’s Hospital ($50 million) and Avera Health in Sioux Falls, South Dakota ($35 million). Golisano aims to ultimately expand the Golisano Children’s Alliance to 40 hospitals within several years, ensuring better healthcare access for millions of children nationwide.
