Embracing Bodybuilding and New Challenges

At 38, Elizabeth revealed that she took up bodybuilding as a way to embrace a new hobby. She admitted that sharing her progress might have surprised many of her followers. “If you had asked me a couple of years ago if I would ever compete in a bodybuilding show, I would have said, ‘Absolutely not!’” she stated in her post.
