Jack Milne Scottish Fa Allegation Found Not Proven After SFA Inquiry
The jack milne scottish fa allegation has been found not proven after a Scottish FA inquiry into an accusation of racist abuse by Aberdeen defender Jack Milne toward Livingston striker Jeremy Bokila. The case came out of Aberdeen’s 6-2 win at Pittodrie on 24 January, where both players were sent off after 70 minutes.
Pittodrie Flashpoint
Livingston took the complaint to the SFA’s compliance officer, which triggered the investigation. The dispute centered on what happened during a match Aberdeen won heavily before the disciplinary issue moved off the pitch and into the governing body’s process.
David Martindale said after the game that 37-year-old Bokila was in tears in the changing room following a comment made to him on the pitch. Aberdeen said Jack Milne had consistently and vehemently denied the allegation throughout the process.
Aberdeen’s Response
Aberdeen said the club continued to support Milne during what it described as a very difficult and distressing period for all involved. It also said the club condemns all forms of racism and discrimination unequivocally.
The club now considers the matter closed and will make no further comment. For Milne, the inquiry ends with the allegation against him not proven; for Livingston, the complaint that followed the 24 January match has run its course through the Scottish FA process.
