Malia Nummendor, 38, was arrested in Port Charlotte on Sept. 15 after deputies reviewed footage her husband said showed her having sexual contact with the family dog. Erik wrote on Facebook on Sept. 11 that he had security camera footage of Nummerdor engaging in sexual activities with their dog, then spoke with deputies on Sept. 14. He presented the footage and consented to giving deputies full access to his laptop, extending the evidence trail beyond a single clip.
The arrest report says deputies then conducted a recorded interview with Nummerdor on Sept. 15. During that interview, she acknowledged that she had been with the family dog in the footage.
