The injury occurred during the Rangers’ 4-1 defeat at Madison Square Garden. Fox exited the game with 12:57 left in the third period after a collision involving Brandon Hagel, which resulted in him being pushed into the end boards. Upon leaving the ice, Fox was seen holding his left arm.
Season Performance
Before the injury, Fox had an impressive performance this season, recording 26 points over 27 games. His stats include three goals and 23 assists, averaging 23 minutes and 50 seconds of ice time per game.
Long-Term Injured Reserve Regulations
- A player on LTIR must miss a minimum of 10 games.
- The player is also required to be sidelined for at least 24 days.
