Located at 3081 N. Zaragoza Road, the project will occupy an empty lot across from UCare Urgent Care and near Golden Valley Animal Care and a Lube X-press location. The site has residential neighborhoods nearby and is adjacent to popular eateries like Peter Piper Pizza and Whataburger.

Demand for Senior Housing
The National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care (NIC) reports that demand for senior housing is soaring. By April 2025, nearly 621,000 senior housing units were occupied.
Despite this high demand, new developments for affordable options have not been able to keep pace. The addition of this facility will complement existing senior housing solutions in El Paso, which includes programs through HOME, YWCA Rapid Rehousing, and After55.
Project Leadership
While the contractor’s information is not available on the city’s website, Boris Grandison of Green Mills Group in Fort Lauderdale is the applicant for this project. The ownership is attributed to GM Pebble Hills Place Ltd.
